- Lusch District -
KirkWarez Map

[The Netherlands, October 13th 2002]

Hello people, this is the second (and maybe last) KirkWarez map! Made by Kirk (no really).

Imagine a large body of water, with hundreds of small islands in it. Now instead of Hundred Isles, think lusch. That is about
what Lusch District is. A 15 x 15, 42 hours worth of Terragen rendering water map with lots of small rocky islands. The rocky
islands have gained lots of plantlife throughout history, and now it's your job to reclaim them, or just blow them away :^D
Hidden by the numerous trees are (custom-made) metal patches, which you will find in the water too. Go sea, air, or hover,
whatever you want, but show your opponent(s) who exactly controls the Lusch district! :^)

For this map you need the Lusch District features, the Creon features, and the TAMEC2000 feature file. You can get the last
one from http://www.tamec.net, the other 2 are included with the map. You will also need the Core Contingency expansion.

As for the map... The wind is low, tidal is nice, and the AI sucks. It uses the CD AI hover profile. I know there are people
who don't like that, but I've never made an AI and likely never will. It just takes too much time :^)

Update as of 27 March 2003: I finally remembered this baby, and I tested it. It works ok, but the water is too shallow to
build shipyards in. I'm sorry. Hover galore! (This map was meant as a hover map anyways).
